The Cabaret is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax deductible.

Our Mission

  • To elevate the cabaret art form through world class performances
  • To attract, develop and retain high quality local performance talent
  • To provide a unique and important contribution to the city's artistic and cultural life.

Did you know that ticket sales often cover less than 40% of the total cost it takes to present high quality live performances?

Your generosity will help us to present shows with top national and local talent and train promising performers in the art of musical theatre and cabaret performance. Thank you for supporting the arts in our community!

Matching Gifts

Double your donation with a matching gift!

We thank and acknowledge Eli Lilly and Company for offering a matching gift program for the employees which can double your initial contribution.

Tribute Gifts

Honor your friends and loved ones by making a gift to their favorite musical theatre.

Gifts in Honor

Honor those people that mean so much to you by celebrating their birthday, anniversary or accomplishments by giving to excellence in cabaret performance.

Memorial Gifts

Remember family, friends or colleagues by celebrating their life through the joy of musical theatre.

Group Gifts

If you wish to celebrate your loved ones as a group, your gifts will be acknowledged as a group. We will send every participant a tax-deductible gift receipt.

Planned Giving

By remembering The Cabaret in a will or living trust, or through other planned gifts in your estate plan, you will not only receive great tax benefits, but you will be providing the funding we need to:

  • Share cabaret with Indianapolis audiences for years to come
