Ticket Policy

Purchasing Tickets

The Cabaret does not distribute paper tickets. Ticket orders are taken exclusively by phone at 317.275.1169 or online at www.TheCabaret.org. Patrons will receive an email ticket confirmation following each purchase. Confirmations can be sent via mail upon request.

Phone hours:

Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM and three hours prior to showtime on weekends.

Ticket Payment Options

Tickets must be paid in full at the time of purchase. A credit card number is required in order to reserve your tickets, The Cabaret will accept purchase by cash or check at the door. The Cabaret accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

Ticketing Fees

In order to offset the cost of outside ticket and credit card processing fees a $2.00 per ticket fee for all phone orders and a $3.00 per ticket fee for online orders will be charged to each order.

Refund Policy & Ticket Exchanges

All sales are final. The Cabaret does not issue refunds. Exchanges are extended to cabaret subscribers, Columbia Club Members and Cabaret ($500+) donors.

For subscribers, Columbia Club Members and Cabaret Club ($500+) donors:
Due to the fact that most of the shows sell out, ticket exchanges must be made at least 48 hours prior to the date of the performance. Ticket exchanges must be made for performances within the same season. Tickets cancelled within 48 hours cannot be credited to another show.

Seating Policy

The Cabaret has "cabaret" style seating with small tables and chairs seating 2 – 6 individuals per table.  Seating assignments are first come, first served. Patrons will receive their table assignment upon arrival at The Cabaret prior to the performance.

*PLEASE NOTE: Parties under four may be seated with other patrons. (VIP tickets excluded.)

Cabaret donors, sponsors, and subscribers receive preferential seating.  If you have a table preference, please let us know and will do our best to accommodate your request. *Please notify us if you need special seating due to age or physical disability.

In order to be seated with another party, please inform the ticket office at least 48 hours prior to the show. Without prior notice, we cannot guarantee that patrons will be seated together.
